Her vision were blurred. It was
like a vintage movie played through her eyes. Each step she took the images she
saw only got darker. From the sides then altogether. She knew her eyes were
wide open, which scares her even more. To know that her eyes are open, but she
could see nothing. No colours, no scenes of the place that she is supposed to
be. Just pitch black. That wasn’t the only thing that she was frightened of. She
knows that someone was talking to her. She knows her friends were trying to
tell her something but she couldn’t hear a single word. The only thing that
could be heard was the sound of a high frequency noise and her heart pounding
though her head. The soft muted sounds of her friends trying to tell her information
that she couldn’t register. The sound of her heartbeat she could hear through
her ears. The sight of darkness with her eyes opened. At that moment she had
temporarily lost her sense of sight and hearing. Darkness with the sound of a
single heartbeat booming in her ears.
But she still had her sense of
touch.
She
still had her sense of smell.
She smell the fragrance of a
man. A little bit of sweat mixed with cologne and alcohol. It will probably be
the smell that she wouldn’t forget for the time being. She could feel her body
stuck to his. She could feel his arms around her. Guiding her through a dark
abyss from what she sees. Those firm arms didn’t falter even when she almost
fell. It was a really tight grip. One of his hands on her waist lifting her up
and the other giving her support by holding her hand.
Even though she was completely
wasted, she knew someone was there for her. Someone to bring her home safely. Someone
that would take care of her no matter how she is.

She was caught off guard. It was
the usual routine. Greeting him afternoon, because she would always wake up
first. Then they would set a time to meet at the coffee shop below for lunch
and he would send her to the country club for her activities. But it was
slightly different that day, because she was in a rush. So, she headed off
first, leaving him behind at the coffee shop. The she heard her name being
called. He went after her deciding to give her a ride, despite having things to
complete. Throughout the ride, they talked about irrelevant things to disturb
the silence. But the trip was short. She soon arrived at the destination. As usual,
she thanked him for the ride. Just when she was about to leave, he held on to
her arm and pulled her towards him. She was stunned by his actions, but it
definitely brought a smile to her face. Then she whispered in his ear.
If you keep doing
this, I wouldn’t want to let you go.
He laughed his girly laugh and
let go. It reminded her, it was the second time of the day that he created
chances to prolong the time they spend together. Maybe, it was just a one-sided
feeling. Then she came to realize that was how he felt when she shocked him
with the kiss on his lips and cheeks in the lift. But today, he definitely
shocked her.

Hey there midnight bunnies:3
As some of you might feel that this post has the same title as the one a while back. So the story goes like this. I've written it some time back on hardcopy but somehow I misplaced it. Hence, I tried to recreate the same story according to my memory. The today, i found the original copy. So here it is. Hopefully it feels like two different ones.
Meantime, sleep tight and hug your chubby bolsters even tighter:3
